Regarding Parents Teacher Meeting

Dear Parents,

The Parents Teacher meeting will be held on 6 th May'23 from 8:00 am to 11 am. The students will come in their school uniform with a diary and a pen .
It's the first PTM of the session so kindly meet the class incharges of your ward along with the subject teachers.

Greetings of the day!

On behalf of the Management and Staff at CT Public School, I am happy to welcome you and dear children and all the new admissions to the 2023-24 school year!

Please note:-

1. If you want to convey any  grievance/ problem regarding academics, transportation or any other issue, you can meet the Principal or call her directly on the official phone number- 98149 20839 , between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. We assure you that the problem will be solved in 24 hours.

2.In case if you want to make any general enquiry, you can  approach Ms. Natasha at the Front desk or call at this number--0181- 5009553.

3. If your ward misses any of the  unit tests, then he/she would not be considered for class position.

4. No retest is allowed.

5. In case of any medical emergency,  medical leave must be deposited along with medical certificate.

6. The children are not allowed to bring any expensive articles or smart phones to school. In case they bring , the article will be confiscated and would be returned only after the end of the session.

It is hoped that this standard will not only be maintained but improved upon as we promote and celebrate excellence through determination and hard work.

1. The school will remain closed tomorrow i.e. on 29th April,2023 as we are hosting CBSE  Life Skills Workshop .

2. We are pleased to announce that we are introducing canteen (healthy station) at school for serving nutritious and hygienic food to the students like- Steamed corn cups, Rajma Chawal and Veg.Sandwiches. The motive is that the students avoid Junk food and consume healthy food.

We are pleased to say that we have introduced many interesting and organised teaching pedagogies like KARATE,FRENCH, SWIMMING, VOCATIONAL TRAINING and ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS by intellectual experts from our CT college to ensure we provide quality education to our students to make them self reliant.

**It is a humble request to you to kindly clear all the dues of your ward before 15th of every quarter, to avoid late fee fine. Please do not approach the higher authorities for the exemption of fine after due date,  as it causes a lot of inconvenience for auditing.
