Go Green Activity

Go green, Plastic is Obscene! Be safe to earth, and reduce the use of plastic.
To create awareness among the people students of CT kindergarten shared videos and artwork representing stop useage of plastic bags.
There are a number of reasons to say no to plastic bags. We must stop using them to better our environment and save it from degradation. There are various eco-friendly alternatives that can be used to stop the usage of plastic bags. Firstly, plastic bags are a major source of plastic pollution.

Plastic cannot be recycled very easily yet. They are not biodegradable – they take up to 2 years to decompose into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass under optimum temperature conditions. And since they are not 100% recyclable, this means even more trash in our landfills, dumps, and oceans.
So, as responsible citizens it's our moral duty to stop use of plastic and switch to eco friendly products to save our environment.

CTPians discover the wonders of Dubai!

The students of CT Public School are on an educational and recreational trip to Dubai from 30th June to 5th July The students and teachers are ready for an unforgettable experience filled with learning, adventure, and exploration.

During the first day of the this trip, they arrived at hotel Zaika and enjoyed Indian cuisine.

As Dubai offers a plethora of recreational activities to enjoy, We had arranged a long drive — a city tour which excited the children when they saw magnificent cars and the skyscrapers.They were thrilled to visit amazing Marina Cruise and have a delicious cuisine.

 

 

 

Outing of CT Faculty Members

It boosts team morale and motivation.

Team outings provide an opportunity for staff to bond with each other outside of work. This helps to create a sense of unity and camaraderie, which in turn increases morale and motivation within the workplace.

CULMINATION DAY OF SUMMER BONANZA 2023

CT KINDERGARTEN is working tirelessly to ensure that students get proper exposure and experience to develop the 21st Century Skills. The Summer Camp was a similar initiative where school organised various activities for the students of different age groups. The summer camp culminated on 7th June,2023. A plethora of Fun- Activities were organised for the students on the day of culmination.

The students thoroughly enjoyed the day. The Summer Camp,this year,was unique not only because it was in the campus but also because some new teaching concepts and skills are taught to the students. The CT school Fraternity has emerged stronger with this active support of the students and teachers.

Honourable Principal Mrs. Anuradha Chandel and Vice Principal Mrs. Sukhdeep Kaur honoured all the participants of summer camp with momentos as token of appreciation for actively participating in the summer camp.

Tree Plantation

"Invest in plants & enliven our future generations."

Tree planting is recognised as one of the most engaging, environmentally-friendly activities that people can participate in to help the planet when done properly. Trees provide numerous long-term and short-term benefits. They not only look nice, but they also remove and store carbon from the atmosphere, slow heavy rain and thus reduce the risk of flooding, improve air quality, and reduce the urban heat island effect by reflecting sunlight and providing shade. On the occasion of World environment day, Tree plantation activity was conducted by the students of grade X and XII of CTPublic School in which they participated actively. Honourable Principal ma'am, Mrs Anuradha Chandel and Vice Principal ma’am, Mrs Sukhdeep Kaur graced the occasion with their benign presence. They appreciated the efforts of students and their teachers.

Virtual Alumni Meet-2023-24

CT Public School organized the "VIRTUAL ALUMNI MEET 2023"- a programme to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences at CT Public School on 3rd June,2023 through Zoom meeting link. The alumni meet is conducted to reconnect with the Alumni and celebratetheir success and various achievements. The Alumni Meet started with a welcome address . The meeting was graced by worthy Management of CT Group of Institutions,Principal Ma'am and Vice-Principal ma'am. During the speeches of the alumni, they expressed their experiences related with school, old memories related with faculty members and differentsuggestions like, virtual alumni meet is the convenient platform for all the alumni to reunite with each other without any inconvenience.The Chairman of CT Group of Institutions, Honourble Sr.Charanjeet Singh G Channi also interacted with the students and gave motivational talk regarding preparing for higher studies and placements.

Riding a bicycle not only improves physical fitness, it also benefits child's learning development and mental health." Cycling is an activity that all ages can enjoy. Mums, dads, kids, and even grandparents can take part in a family bike ride. It's a great way to share some quality time, and it's good for everyone.

As children are enjoying their summer vacation they shared their pics of enjoying riding bicycle.

Cycling also helps to alleviate stress, which can prevent psychological health problems in children. It helps with improved muscle strength, strong bones and better co-ordination. Cycling also improves motor skills and helps with balance.

Teacher Enhancement Programme

Under the guidance of worthy Principal ma’am, the Teacher Enhancement Programme at CT Public School is designed for all school staff who want to develop their own and their colleagues’ teaching practice, reflecting on existing strategies that are working well and building on what could be even better.

SESSION ON HAPPINESS

A great initiative was taken by CT PUBLIC SCHOOL to organise an interactive session on "Happiness”, for the faculty members ,conducted by Mr. Rishabh Sharma ,a certified NLP Practitioner by the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology,UK.

Our worthy Principal mam, Mrs. Anuradha Chandel and Vice Principal,Ms.Sukhdeep Kaur welcomed the speaker with a small token of love by presenting him the bouquet and also thanked our guest for giving his valuable time to conduct the session.

It was an interactive session where teachers were engaged to do so many fun filled activities. He emphasised on the Importance of team work, Empathy and Sense of belongingness.

It was a wonderful session and life changing experience for the teachers and they were happy that they were going to improvise all these key points of happiness in their life.

MANGO PARTY IN CT KINDERGARTEN

It was a perfect day to celebrate the season of the king of fruits, “MANGO” with a fun-filled learning opportunity in the form of a Mango Party. The whole school campus was decorated in yellow in tune with the theme of the party. The children of the pre-primary section came dressed in shades of yellow and the “Mango Party” mania was kicked off by reciting different rhymes on mango.

Having thoroughly enjoyed the day, children left the school with smiles glued to their face, as a reminder of the fun-n-learn mango party, they had enjoyed immensely at school.

Honourable Principal ma’am, Mrs.Anuradha Chandel, Vice Principal ma’am, Mrs. Sukhdeep Kaur joined the mango party with the tiny tots and the children had great fun eating the mangoes in the school campus.

 

 

 

 

 

 

INTER HOUSE COLLAGE MAKING COMPETITION

"The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance."

Collage has been one of the most relevant forms of art making. It’s resonant because it is made of stuff that we see every day. It’s familiar and it reflects our reality.

CT Public School always encourages its students to display their hidden talent through various co-curricular activities.

The best way to develop learning through creativity is to let children use a variety of materials and give them time to create an art on their own. With this thought in mind, CT Public School organized an Inter House Collage making competition on 30th May, 2023 for the Seniors- grades ( IX to XII) and Juniors- Grades (VI to VIII)

The children were allowed to use various materials to create a collage on the theme “Say No ToTobacco”.

A great team work , spirit and enthusiasm was seen in the students during the event. They used a variety of material to create the collages. The efforts of the students were remarkable.

Honourble Principal Ma'am Mrs Anuradha Chandel adjudged the participants for creativity, theme and presentation.

Kalpana Chawla House claimed the top notch whereas Mother Teresa House and Nelson Mandela House bagged the second and third position respectively in the Senior Category while in Junior Category Mother Teresa House bagged first position and Kalpana Chawla House and APJ Abdul Kalam House got second and third position respectively.

Speaking on the occasion, worthy Principal Ma'am said that these competitions revitalise the learners and boost them up to face the challenges of their lives. She congratulated the winners and lauded the teaching faculty who facilitated the budding artists to link their imagination and creativity.
